This phase includes a questionnaire used to help assess your project & to determine if it is a good fit for eDesign. After I review your questionnaire I will follow up with next steps via email. I will send you a PayPal invoice for your deposit ($200) to reserve your space with Xtraordinary by Design. Are you ready to get started on your next interior e-design project?
I will setup an initial phone call to discuss project goals including functionality, look, feel, mood, style, and any additional questions you have about the process itself. I’ll ask you for some photos of your space including, but not limited to, current layout and all furnishings, as well as any requests that are “must haves” and inspirational photos or pins. You may also send me a video of the space if you’d like.
At the end of the consultation, I will provide your contract for service and invoice for the remaining balance of the chosen package. Once the contract has been signed and receipt of payment confirmed, I will work on you proposal.
I will provide you with an initial proposal no more than 10 days after the consultation. We will meet again at that time to discuss any final requests, likes, and dislikes of the initial proposal. During this phase, I will refine your design plan and we will work together (via phone, email, skype, etc.) to schedule a date of delivery for your Final Design Plan.
Final Design Plan:
Your Final Design Plan will be emailed to you on the date we agree upon. It will include all agreed upon documentation based on the package chosen and the signed contract. Take the time to review your materials and gather any questions or concerns you may have; after submitting “The Plan” to you, I will be available to consult with you as needed for up to 5 business days. You will receive your final receipt within 5 days of delivery of your Final Design Plan, allowing you time to review and interact with me before your revision period expires. Your satisfaction with the documentation you receive is my top priority as it is essential to the success of our E-Design partnership.
You are now the proud owner of your Final Design Plan (YAY you!) – you can make modifications as you see fit, work with a contractor if needed, or DIY it. Your choices are unlimited – work at your own pace and comfort level and above all else, ENJOY the process! As with traditional design, I am here to help & support you every step of the way.
